Excellent communication, helping us explain and go through the process of the website. very quick in changing designs if we wanted a different approach with customization/texts. she discuss with us everything extensively via email, text, and call before confirming to know if there is any changes in mind before activating the website to the public domain. Arlene is an amazing web-designer, but her skills go far beyond that.  She knew what we wanted, but also what we needed.  Her wide-ranging skills and knowledge were amazing.  She patiently explained things to us so that we would always understand.  I would not only recommend Arlene for any web design job, but I would encourage anyone to get to know this amazing woman.  She is patient, kind, efficient, knowledgeable in all aspects, and a pleasure to work with.  We had a difficult situation to deal with and she went above and beyond for us.
